Yes! All eligible participants who complete surveys, join group interviews like focus groups or contribute to advisory groups get paid for their time. Payment is offered as e-gift cards, most commonly Woolworths vouchers.
We use your mobile phone number to verify that you're a real human. Unfortunately there are a lot of bots and AI scammers that try and take advantage of websites like this. We may also use your phone to contact you if there are payment or participation problems.
Yes! Your contact information and the information you provide in surveys is kept separate. When you participate in group interviews or consult as part of an advisory group, there may be times when the information you provide won't be anonymous but we will discuss this with you directly.
Community Pulse is operated by The LOTE Agency and LOTE Research, trusted by Australian government departments and major organisations since 1998. Your data is encrypted and protected, and we never sell your information to third parties.
You can participate in online surveys (15-30 minutes), focus groups (60-90 minutes), one-on-one interviews (30-60 minutes), and advisory panels (ongoing consultation). We'll only invite you to projects that match your language skills and background.
Incentives vary by project type. Typical ranges: Surveys $10-30, Focus Groups $50-150, Interviews $30-100, Advisory Panels $100-500. All payments are made via e-gift cards (usually Woolworths) within 2 weeks of completing the project.
